Training Objectives 

Our training objectives include an overview of the Confucian way of thinking, Chinese culture and values, intercultural communication and cooperation as well as corporate culture. Approach 

We work according to Erin Meyer's 'Eight-Scale Communication Model': a categorization model for classifying behaviour-based cultural differences. We will teach you how to apply the categorization to your China business.

Cultural disparities impact how we perceive, think and act. The 'Intercultural Training China' aims to unravel these cultural factors between Germany, Austria and Switzerland and China, ultimately enhancing intercultural effectiveness.
