Mrs. Fang has lived in Germany for over 20 years. She has more than 15 years of valuable experience with German companies entering the Chinese market. She joined bdp in 2013 and works in Hamburg, Tianjin and Shanghai. She is the head of the bdp China Desk and is in charge of successfully establishing production, trading and service companies throughout China. Since 2019, Mrs. Fang has also acted as COO of bdp's sister company, bdp Mechanical Components. She draws from a vast skillset in business, tax and legal areas and is very familiar with the differences between Chinese and German social and corporate culture. “Respect each other, and seek common grounds while putting aside differences” is her principle to balance cultural misunderstandings.
